Eligibility for Exchange & Return

7 Days Validity

You can apply for an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Used Products Will Not Be Accepted

Exchange or return is not possible if the product has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

Product Must Be in Original Condition

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packing

  • With tags attached


Exchange Policy

We offer exchange in the following cases:

✔ Wrong size delivered

✔ Wrong product sent

✔ Product damaged upon arrival

Note: Customer must provide pictures/videos of the item for verification.


Return Policy

✔ Return is accepted only for valid reasons

✔ After approval, the customer must send back the parcel

✔ Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection


Return Delivery Charges

🚚 Return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.

Aghaiz does not offer free return shipping.
Customer will bear the courier charges when sending the parcel back to us.


Important Notes

  • If the product is used after delivery, exchange or return will not be accepted.

  • Color difference due to screen/lighting may not qualify for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (if applicable in your store).

  • Aghaiz reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy.


How to Request Exchange or Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or our social media pages.

  2. Share your order number and product pictures.

  3. Our support team will verify the issue.

  4. Once approved, send the item back to our address.

  5. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.
